Is it normal to not throw away empty toilet paper tubes and leave them on the ground of the bathroom? There is a bathroom trashcan, but my last 2 room mates do not throw away empty toilet paper tubes and just keep them on the ground indefinitely. The housemate of the man I'm sleeping with also does this. If this is normal could you explain why you don't throw away these things or at least recycle them?
