While I’m not religious there are some words I’ve looked and I’ve researched but I cannot find secular alternatives with a close enough meaning. Is it normal to occasionally use words like haram, kosher, or inshallah in everyday and professional contexts? I’m not saying these are every day words at work but there are very specific situations where these are the only words I’ve found to describe those specific meanings and feelings. I already know it’s a bit special to care this much about my word choices, I’m at peace with that.

I have been wearing the same brand of mascara since high school (maybelleine define-a-lash if you’re curious). For context I don’t wear mascara everyday. And I’ve tried other brands but don’t like them

My wonderful, gorgeous boyfriend eats sandwiches with a knife and fork. Maybe because they can be a little messy? I don’t want to make him self conscious about the way he eats but this can’t be normal.

This week covers: a hear-me-out rebuttal, number dyslexia, dates, and chapstick fears.
Is it normal to have chapstick anxiety and keep multiple chapsticks around? Context…I keep one pretty much everywhere I go just in case, so there’s one in the car, purse, nightstand, desk, living room, etc. I fear not having chapstick when I need it and never want to be without chapstick. Do most people just have ONE laying around, like casual/occasional chapstick users? Also I am picky about the chapstick and that feeling of relief that only certain chapsticks/lip butters/masks can provide.
